Good snacks, lunch, coffee/tea, and so on. Some people are nice to work with.
No perspective to grow, lack of communication. People who grow are always the same ones, the ones that show themselves. There is no annual salary increase, even though the cost of living is increasing. Bonus is solely based on performance and if you show off, which is a shame. Poor communication; guidelines are a mess. They want everything ASAP.
