This company fosters a negative culture that doesn't support employees. The workload is overwhelming, communication is terrible, and there's pushback against anyone who dares to speak up, even with solutions. The job description was completely misleading, and layoffs were handled poorly. Management is out of control, creating unnecessary work. Overall, a very negative experience.
The current workload is overwhelming and lacks clear direction. Dividing workflows by policy area, like YouTube, would allow for specialization and expertise development. Focusing on core tasks and creating development plans for QAs would improve efficiency and address the high volume of unnecessary edge cases.
