Annual leave, sick leave, and relatively good pay if started there five years ago. However, this is not the case anymore, as everything went up by 50% in the last 2 years.
No career growth or any progress long-term, no pay raise.
Stop discriminating against employees by just giving all the bonuses and pay raises to their friends.
