It seems that none of the social media platforms have jobs available, so this is the only company currently hiring.
One of the worst companies I've ever worked for hired unprofessional employees who made professional employees struggle. This was in addition to poor management and, of course, a toxic environment caused by a lack of professionalism. This company is a joke, with no clear guidelines or policies, no workers' rights, and no mind to comprehend the logic around everyone wanting to be near the team lead for support. There was no respect for privacy or personal opinions, and it was mandatory to work three days from an awful office.
Let's stop licking the China issue. Higher, soon the company will close its Dublin office and relocate to a cheaper worker market like Asia or Eastern Europe.
The recruiter sent me a message via LinkedIn, through which I shared my resume. Afterwards, I had about a 20-minute conversation with the recruiter. We discussed basic interview topics, including upcoming vacation plans and salary.
All interviews were conducted via Zoom over three rounds. The first round was a screening call, the second with a peer, and the third with the hiring manager. A recruiter from APAC handled all communications. Except for the final round, all results
Resume and project questions first. General testing questions (like testing frameworks). Finally, LeetCode-style questions in the last 15 minutes (did not actually code; only had time for intuitions).
