Management uses lip service, with no integrity. Performance reviews are a joke; the result is known before the process is completed. Management downgrades performance reviews for reasons known only to themselves. Policies for content moderation are, at best, vague and very badly written. There are multiple interpretations and overlaps, confusing to everyone. Policies are continually changing and affect the quality of work being done. There is nothing nice about working for TikTok.
