Paid sick leaves. Free food available. Health insurance. Gym Pass.
Limited opportunities for growth or skill development.
International remote working (becoming a useless benefit).
Lack of communication.
Poor leadership and management.
Lack of clear KPIs.
Inconsistency in work expectations, making the self-review system ineffective.
Micromanagement.
Leaders have no voice or control to assist their direct reports.
They don't focus on retaining top talent or helping them develop. Instead, they prefer to find new people with no knowledge of internal processes and throw them into action without proper training, which creates a toxic and inefficient environment.
The interview process was really bad. I applied for a London-based role, but their recruiters are based in Singapore, so the time difference was a major issue. It is also very dodgy that they do not advertise a salary range. When I gave them a figur
They give you an online exam. It is released to you at a specific date and time, usually 3-4 days after they send you an email. It is also in the LA time zone, so be aware of that in the email and convert to your timezone.
4 interviews, with normal questions. The overall process was good. However, they do not provide any feedback at the end of the process, even when asked. They will only send you an automatic reply.
