Very difficult, extremely disorganized, and interviewers lacked proper English communication and articulation. Recruiters were disorganized. Interviews were set late at night in the PST time zone, which made preparing hard.

Speaking in Chinese, which isn't my strong suit, was an immediate turn-off for me. It would probably be better for those more fluent in Chinese. They also had critical feedback regarding their internal teams, which likely points to a bad culture.
