Chinese leaders who can't speak English, so you won't survive here if you are non-Chinese. Even if these Chinese leaders can speak English, it's very basic, so there is always misunderstanding.
Started putting people on PIP since October 2023 and giving more people M- with no valid reasons.
Pointless work is done, and if you question the reason, you will be PIP'd.
