Process

There was a pre-screening interview, after which they were going to have some rounds of technical HackerRank interviews. I didn't make it past the pre-screening interview.

It was the standard "Explain X in your resume" type of questions, but the role I had applied for was just not something I had any experience in.

PIP Factory, full of Chinese leaders who can't speak English

Software Engineer I • Current Employee

Singapore, Singapore

Pros: Flexj Flexi Benefits: * Salary * Insurance * Food

Cons: Chinese leaders who can't speak English, so you won't survive here if you are non-Chinese. Even if these Chinese leaders can speak English, it's very basic, so there is always misunderstanding. Started putting people on PIP since October 2023 and giving more people M- with no valid reasons. Pointless work is done, and if you question the reason, you will be PIP'd. Only join if you have no other offer or don't care about your mental health.
