It's ok for me to work in there.
Nothing for downsides for me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. The interviewer was not professional and focused on his work during the interview. Recruiters are generally only responsive during the process; they ghost you if you fail. The process is usually fast, with
1. Tell me more about yourself. 2. Resume deep dive: Explain what you did in your experiences/projects. 3. Technical questions based on projects/resume. 4. Two LeetCode medium questions (most of the time was spent here).
First OA on HackerRank with 4 questions. Then 2 virtual technical interviews. The interviewer was not very friendly, and their English was sometimes unclear. I had a hard time understanding their questions.
