Decent pay; the work is quite interesting.
Competition can be intense and work hours can be long.
After the OA, I was invited to a technical interview. They asked about my resume and gave me a LeetCode-style problem to solve on HackerRank. I solved it and got rejected later.
The first step was a HackerRank test, followed by a few other in-person questions. These were conducted over Zoom due to COVID policies. You will be asked to solve four coding problems, ranging from medium to hard difficulty.
I took their online assessment. It consisted of 5 fairly simple multiple-choice questions about systems and 2 LeetCode medium coding problems that were quite tricky. I did not do very well, though.
