WLB: Syncing with Chinese timezone (get ready for meetings at 7 PM, 8 PM, etc.). Working with other teams that do not speak English. Meetings are in Chinese. Lots of people staying behind to work. Be prepared to sacrifice your soul if you work here. TC is good, but career progression is nonexistent.
