They responded very fast about my application.
Questions covered basic machine learning, MapReduce, coding, and text mining.
Overall, the process was good, and the recruiters were very efficient in arranging everything.
However, their Chief Scientist was very unprofessional. He judged me a lot based on personal perspectives and is not an expert in machine learning. I am not sure why Tinder keeps this type of so-called "scientist" in their data team.
