The interview process was one of the worst I have encountered during my last 15 years of professional experience. The interview setups were exceptionally slow, and the replies from Tinder's recruiters were also very slow. Once they were able to set up an interview with me, the recruiter scheduled a technical, hands-on interview over CoderPad and sent me a link. However, when I connected online, I realized there had been a miscommunication between the recruiter and the team. I had a random, completely non-technical conversation with someone from another team, who said they would schedule the technical interview afterward. After waiting for a while, I realized the internal recruiter was no longer with the company. Then, I received an email indicating they had decided not to hire me and would move on to interview other candidates. The entire process was exceptionally slow at every stage, and the people involved seemed confused about their roles. Ultimately, the decision was based on informal discussions rather than technical questions. They may even reject you based on your voice over the phone.
