Great place to work - room to grow
Awesome, passionate engineers. Top pay for LA, great perks. My hiring process was super great as well.
Recruiting was awesome and made me feel like they were on my side.
The bad reviews are baffling to me. I am pretty plugged in and the vast majority of people are super happy.
The growing pains that Tinder has gone through have been tough for some people, but I've seen it as a positive. We're growing up and adding more structure to a company that really needed it. People don't do well with change, so it makes sense that some people would be unhappy.
Continue to empower employees to speak up and voice ideas and concerns.

They called me, and we chatted about languages and their business plan. They seemed like great people to work for, but the profiles on their site were all very LA. I didn't think I would fit in, so I didn't pursue the process too far.
Backend Software Engineer
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter. We had a quick chat about Tinder and its different teams. All the recruiters were super cool. I received a take-home coding challenge, which involved developing an online multiplayer tic-tac-t
