Process
After talking to a recruit, I was asked to complete a coding test. The coding test required my camera to be on, which I had never encountered before. It seemed ridiculous. I answered the questions and got them right. The next day, I received an email asking me to take the test again with my camera on. I rejected the request. I have a public portfolio and will not be doing unpaid programming tests.
