The bad reviews are baffling to me. I am pretty plugged in and the vast majority of people are super happy.
The growing pains that Tinder has gone through have been tough for some people, but I've seen it as a positive. We're growing up and adding more structure to a company that really needed it. People don't do well with change, so it makes sense that some people would be unhappy.
Continue to empower employees to speak up and voice ideas and concerns.
