Reached by recruiter, had a 30-minute phone call, and then a phone screen. No issues were seen in the process, except for the awkward behavior of the interviewer.

Recruiter screen followed by a phone interview. The interview started with introductions and me explaining my current work and projects. She didn't seem interested at all and directly jumped to the coding question.

After talking to a recruit, I was asked to complete a coding test. The coding test required my camera to be on, which I had never encountered before. It seemed ridiculous. I answered the questions and got them right. The next day, I received an email
