Process
I applied through LinkedIn and received a call from HR a few days later. We scheduled a screening call, which took place two days after that.
After those two days, I received an email stating there were four more interviews. I scheduled them two weeks out.
The first interview, I joined, but no interviewer joined. I waited for one hour.
The second interview was a technical round, based on some coding problems which I solved.
The third interview was also a technical round. No one joined the call, and I waited for one hour. It was then rescheduled for the next day.
They presented a coding problem and asked me to explain how I would solve it, not focusing on DSA.
The final interview was an HM round for 45 minutes.
In total, one interview did not happen.
I had read many negative reviews about interview experiences, and I also faced that difficulty.
Overall, it took five days to complete those three interviews.

Company policy does not allow people to grow to the principal+ levels if they work on a single product, as there is an official list of boxes you need to 'tick,' and one product (regardless of how great you've established it) doesn't count.
