Some programming problems, not sure of what the purpose was.
Squeezing all interviews into 2-3 days without any clarity of what or why this is happening.
To top it off, a half-baked behavioral interview wasted everyone's time and energy when it felt predetermined not to move forward.
I think either they want to give practice for the interviewers, or the shadowing person is interviewing the other guy's ability to interview, I think.
