The recruiter contacted me and talked about the position and a week later set up for a phone screen. It was a video call and the interviewer asked about a bizarre programming problem. I was stuck a bit to figure out a solution. I was finally able to come up with the logic and coded it. The interviewer wasn't too helpful and didn't give any hints. The next day I got a reject.
