The standard process was followed. The recruiter was very professional and helped me schedule the phone screen and onsite interviews very quickly.
The hiring manager was very nice and did not ask challenging or tricky questions.
I had four onsite interviews. Two sessions, the interviewers were 10 minutes late without any explanation or apology. One session was with the senior manager, who asked me to share my screen to write code instead of using the codepad.
The sessions with the engineers went quite well; they asked reasonable technical questions.
One thing I felt uncomfortable with was that everyone was very curious about why I was leaving my current company (one of the FAANG companies). Every interviewer spent a lot of time on this question, which I found frustrating after being asked repeatedly.
Very basic Java questions and easy LeetCode questions.
