Phone interview with a manager.
I was asked to write code for Binary Search and discuss my class experience. I was also asked about my base knowledge of C++, specifically about const and the difference between reference and value. I guess I didn't prepare well for these questions.

You get to work on things that you are passionate about.
Interesting tech stack. Everyone is enthusiastic and passionate about the work they do.
People are very friendly.
Cons: It is a small office, which is both good and bad.
