Pros: Great people, fantastic environment. Each single colleague is a fantastic person: he/she has both great skills and a fantastic attitude. You could not wish for better people to work with.
Cons: Not innovative: it is very difficult to introduce changes. The company is doing well and sees any change as a threat.
