A great company that strives to help both its customers and its employees
Great benefits/perks (shuttle, free lunch - not sure what will happen to this post-COVID, gym), good pay, friendly people. The building is beautiful and has lots of open spaces to work. It's a positive environment. Management does a good job overall (e.g., the CEO took no pay for the rest of the year following the onset of the pandemic).
Two reorganizations and significant layoffs took place while I was there, mainly due to COVID, but I think Tripadvisor will bounce back.
