The first stage was a remote interview with the QA manager. We had a good time and discussed general management and testing experiences.

The second stage was a remote interview with two other QA team leaders. Again, we talked about general QA and management experiences. It was very enjoyable as we got along well on every level.

The third stage was the final remote interview with the remaining QA team lead and two senior testers. This stage was good as well. We talked about general management experiences mostly and answered some management style questions.

In the end, sadly, they decided to go for someone with a “slightly different management style.” However, it is understandable, and everything was good.
