Pros: Colleagues are friendly. Campus is nice. Culture is still fun.

Cons: Very low pay for the industry. The company has no direction and is losing money. There is no place to grow. Some unit leads are lazy and throw people under the bus in order to keep their status. BPs do nothing about it.

Pros: As the company grows quite fast, many changes are happening all the time. For some people, it can be good; for others, not really. Personally, I think it's good because it gives you an opportunity to try out many different things and learn different approaches. I also like the flexibility and work/life balance. The overall team is very strong and will help you solve any problem. Depending on which department you're working in, you'll have a chance to try different technologies and suggest others.

Cons: It's not a surprise that salaries are not the highest at trivago. Located in Düsseldorf, if you'd decide to switch a job, that might be problematic, since there are not many international companies in the city. So the chance that you have to move to a different city is really high.

Pros: A company with a good working environment.

Cons: There is nothing special to comment on.
