Process
The first interview was in English via Skype with a Software Developer. The interviewer was quite polite and positive. After some discussions about his and my working experience, we proceeded to a coding challenge. He asked me to code in an online editor. After I solved the problem, he said that I had to wait for feedback. I received positive feedback via email after one or two days, and they asked me to the on-site interview in Düsseldorf.
