Process

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.

  • HR Interview: A brief introduction about yourself and your background. Questions about your studies, availability, and motivation for joining. Discussion about your previous projects and experience.
  • Take-home Assignment: A small web development task to complete at home. It usually focuses on code quality, problem-solving, maintainability, and how you structure your work rather than just getting the feature working.
  • Final Interview – Assignment Discussion: You present and explain your solution. Expect questions such as: Why did you choose this approach? What trade-offs did you consider? How would you improve it with more time? How would you test or scale your solution? This stage evaluates your technical reasoning and communication skills as much as your code.

Questions

The main thing they focused on was my take-home assignment. The final interview was mostly a discussion of my solution.
