Die Zeiten haben sich geändert, und wenn wir uns nicht dem Angebot auf dem IT-Arbeitsmarkt anpassen, werden noch einige gute Entwickler gehen. Bisher hat das Management immer vorausschauend gehandelt, daher hoffe ich, dass auch hier eingelenkt wird.
