Process
HR asked me to come in for an in-person interview with no phone screen beforehand. There was one sentence in the job description, so I really wasn't sure what the role would be. When I arrived, I was unprepared and realized the role was very interesting but not a great fit. The HR rep explained they like to do things fast and I should hear back within 3 days. I sent two follow-up emails which were ignored. I finally got the rejection email 3 weeks later. The actual team was great and very professional.
