Process
Questions about the company. Hardly any technical questions. Mostly just, "What do you know about us?"
A hard-to-understand Taiwanese individual. It's alright; I didn't want to be overworked by them anyway.
Best of luck to anyone being hired.

Passive-aggressive communication brings a lot of frustration to training
Engineer • Current Employee
Phoenix, Arizona, United States
October 8, 2022
Pros: Relatively well-paid job, but that's it.
Cons: Passive-aggressive communication among peers prevents people from focusing at work, and it makes a lot of engineers feel frustrated. Most US trainees feel frustrated with their training done in Chinese, and their training progress is heavily dependent on the F18 buddy, not individual engineer capabilities. PMD is very vaguely judged and questionable. Employees have had a lot of issues with HR during their move to Taiwan.

Pros: Maybe pay? But considering that you are working longer hours... meh.
Cons: Just toxic management, no room for discussion. Only disrespecting and humiliating.
