Pros: Committed team members who are passionate about their work.

Cons: Long-ish hours, but still not bad.

Pros: TSMC pays above average salary.

Cons: High workload and unlimited KPI tasks. HR set high hiring requirements. High working hours.

Pros: Cutting-edge technology and advanced equipment; a competitive salary and benefits.

Cons: TSMC's lack of employee recognition and rewards is a significant drawback within the company. The company fails to prioritize or implement initiatives that acknowledge and reward employee contributions and achievements. There is a lack of formal recognition programs, appreciation events, or rewards systems that celebrate employees' hard work and accomplishments. This absence of recognition can lead to decreased morale, diminished motivation, and a sense of undervaluation among employees. Moreover, the lack of recognition and rewards can result in decreased employee engagement, reduced productivity, and increased turnover. TSMC needs to prioritize employee recognition and rewards by implementing formal programs, establishing a culture of appreciation, and providing meaningful incentives for exceptional performance. By recognizing and rewarding employees, TSMC can foster a positive work environment and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
