Equipment Engineer • Former Employee
Tainan, Tainan City, Taiwan
October 30, 2014
Pros: It's hard to find a job for a fresh graduate with that salary, like TSMC. You can talk to people, not just your manager and colleagues, but also the vendors.
Cons: Working at TSMC is just like working at any other big company. Although an equipment engineer, especially at a junior level, is hardly able to contact any political issues, the rules fill into every corner of your life. Good and bad. If you would like to have a job with more individuality, not here. People here are afraid of making mistakes, so they try less than they wish.
