It's hard to find a job for a fresh graduate with that salary, like TSMC. You can talk to people, not just your manager and colleagues, but also the vendors.
Working at TSMC is just like working at any other big company. Although an equipment engineer, especially at a junior level, is hardly able to contact any political issues, the rules fill into every corner of your life. Good and bad. If you would like to have a job with more individuality, not here. People here are afraid of making mistakes, so they try less than they wish.
Use a smart method to repair the equipment, and invest in engineers for courses offered by vendors.
