Three Stage Interview:
First stage: Recruiter Phone Screening
Second Stage: HR and Manager Interview
Third Stage: Fellow Engineer Interview
The interviews were relatively similar to every other interview. Behavioral questions are asked to try to depict how you act in a given situation. They asked questions pertaining to my experience. Their goal for this was, in my belief, to try to see if the person is a systematic problem solver.
