It was very streamlined and technical from a friend's experience. There was a discovery call from HR and then some technical rounds. The interview process was pretty quick, and the acquisition team was communicative.

Pros: Better salary, just better than the other poor, low salary in Taiwan.
Make everything work when decisions are made.
Convenient facilities for basic living, e.g., bank, insurance, department store, travel agency, held on specific weekdays.
Cons: Bad training schedule, not appropriate for present working.
Always wasting time and resources on projects that are not organized.
People are not off on time, almost never.
