They were very rude and unfriendly. Their arrogance was evident in their interactions, making the experience quite unpleasant.
The lack of courtesy and professionalism was disappointing and disheartening. It felt like they had no regard for our time and were dismissive of our concerns. This behavior created a hostile environment that was uncomfortable and discouraging.
