- Employees here have similar characteristics and react to requirements with SOP. (On the other hand, there's a lack of diversity)
- Policy followers, taking top-down orders without doubt.
- Communication speed is the key.
- Overtime working or working on weekends is normal (and it's a cultural thing because of management preference).
- There is a very strict information protection policy; you can't deal with a lot of private issues during work hours.

Multi-interview process, mostly over Skype. Some had a translator to facilitate with personnel from Taiwan; others were with domestic/US employees. Overall positive and not super technical. Mostly interpersonal skills/behavior-based questions.
