Multi-interview process, mostly over Skype. Some had a translator to facilitate with personnel from Taiwan; others were with domestic/US employees. Overall positive and not super technical. Mostly interpersonal skills/behavior-based questions.

Pros: The pay is decent, and coworkers are generally nice.
Cons: There are way too many managers, all bickering for no reason. Lots of long and unnecessary meetings, 50-60 hour work weeks. There is no overtime. Several departments are on-duty for Saturdays.
