Pros

One day's work is equal to two days. You will get twice the working experience!

Cons

Don't let employees work overtime every day.

Advice to Management
  1. They took advantage of the fact that AZ has no upper limit on work hours, so they forced their exempt employees to work more than 14 hours or 10 consecutive days. There is no day off on Thanksgiving either. Some colleagues were asked to WFH and attend meetings until midnight (12:00 a.m.).

  2. During the interview, they will lie to you and say that you have to work overtime ONLY in emergencies, but after you join, you realize that "EVERYTHING" is an emergency.

  3. Discriminating against Asians, they dare not let white people work overtime, and they dare not let Asians get off work.
