As a newly graduated person, it is good to work for TSMC, Shanghai. You can learn a lot there if you like.
Too much personal time consumed by TSMC, cannot see your future clearly. Every cent you owned is from sweat.
In order to improve the management and work attitude of employees in Shanghai, everyone there should get more money.
