Engineer
Shortlisting based on CGPA, then interview. Since they like to hire freshers from IITs only, their main motive is to select you. They would ask if you are comfortable moving overseas.

Long waits between interviews 1 and 2. Interviews were conducted through a third-party recruiter. Interviewees had a difficult time communicating in English. They had little knowledge regarding the relocation to Taiwan and the overall training plan.
