Pros

Smart people. Hard-working team. Continuous growth.

Cons

Cultural challenges. Long working hours. The expectation is to do loads of low-quality work, which leads to rework and inefficiency. The company is cheap on costs, including monitors or making things faster for the employee.

Advice to Management

Seek to add talent from the U.S. that has recently been let go by big tech.

Prioritize work better to enable higher quality work for more important tasks.

Instead, the focus is on more volume but low quality work.

Focus less on cost cutting and more on enabling employees.

The energy given to save on costs could be directed toward innovation and efficiency, which would do more for the company than just cost cutting.
