Salary is good in Taiwan compared to other technology companies. You can get a full bonus after 3 years of working here. If you want to buy a house or have debt, this is an ideal workplace for you.
No work-life balance here. Being on call 24/7 is required. You need to be ready for work at any time, even at midnight. If you are not lucky or you can't fix an issue via phone call, you need to go back to the company immediately.
I think we need to hire more people.
