Depends on your job scope. For engineers, they will ask questions based on your background. For managers, they will ask what kind of projects you have led before.

The interviewers were all Taiwanese and seemed to be interested in someone with a Chinese background or an industrial engineering background. The rejection came almost immediately, and I was disappointed in it.
