Senior Engineer
Depends on your job scope. For engineers, they will ask questions based on your background. For managers, they will ask what kind of projects you have led before.
Senior Engineer
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. It will have 2 interviews: * 1st interview with HR * 2nd interview with the section manager (1 from Taiwan, 1 from Japan) After that, HR decides the salary and discusses it with you.
Equipment Engineer
Skype interview. Easy questions, but a bit hard to understand the interviewers at times. Interviewed by two managers and an HR rep. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. They were a bit vague about the duties and responsibilities of the role.
