Nice package: about 2x of similar jobs in other companies.
Stable career: although competitive to get a promotion, it is also hard to get fired.
High pressure: lots of issues come out every day that need to be solved, reviewed, and reported. Overtime work is common.
Less respect: it is basically a manufactory with a military management style.
No upward KPI review.
Please pay more time and respect to employees. Focus not only on results but on processes. Otherwise, it will make people come and go frequently.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. It will have 2 interviews: * 1st interview with HR * 2nd interview with the section manager (1 from Taiwan, 1 from Japan) After that, HR decides the salary and discusses it with you.
Depends on your job scope. For engineers, they will ask questions based on your background. For managers, they will ask what kind of projects you have led before.
Online OA (3 general coding questions on HackerRank, about easy to medium) -> 1 online interview with hiring manager -> Onsite personality test -> HR interview -> Offer
