Extremely poor training. If you cannot learn yourself, this place is terrible for you. I've worked at two other Fortune companies, and this was the worst by far. No structure, no/few document management systems, no system of change, and general poor organization.
No hope of a hybrid schedule. Management has made it very clear they will not introduce a hybrid schedule anytime soon.
Please hire people with more diverse backgrounds in management. Continuing to draw from the same well as Taiwan will not work here.
Try to create a better environment that doesn't create an "us versus them" between US and Taiwanese hires.
