Through a headhunter’s introduction, I went through two rounds of interviews with the hiring company. This included a video interview and an on-site English and personality test in Hsinchu, which took about a little over a month in total.

1. English Level Validation (Not difficult) 2. HR Interview (Why did you leave your previous company? Personality Check) 3. Group Interview: 1 vs 2~3 Managers. No technical skill questions; they only asked me to introduce my personal skills.

It was very streamlined and technical from a friend's experience. There was a discovery call from HR and then some technical rounds. The interview process was pretty quick, and the acquisition team was communicative.
